First nap is around 9, second nap is between 1 and 2-ish and then we pick her up around 5pm lately, so then she's too excited to see us and since bedtime is at 730, a nap doesn't happen. Her two naps are starting to get longer, though, so it's going ok. The third nap had always been a fight and it just wasn't worth it anymore. Doing just two naps works for us largely because DD is a good napper, so both her morning and afternoon nap are typically 1.5 to 2 hours long. It used to be that he'd wake up at 7 and nap from about 9-10, 12-2, and 4-5, then bedtime around 7:30 or 8:00. Lately his first nap has been so incredibly short that he gets crabby again pretty quickly, but isn't ready to go down for another nap, so I'm getting ready to try out some different nap schedules. </p>
