They were anklets that jingle. My told me it might help him fall asleep on his own from the sound of the jingles. I tried it a few times but didn't really work and never had it on again. I have a necklace that I wore when I was young. I'm waiting for my daughter to be a little older to put it on her. Right now, she will not tolerate it. If your LO tolerates it, perhaps, you can start so she'll get used to wearing it.
