She didn't have it at all yesterday! I rocked her until her eyes got heavy and laid her down for an hour nap in the afternoon. Last night I read her books, while rocking her and laid her down with heavy eyes again. She didn't even wake up once and this morning she was quiet until I got her out of bed. (she usually wakes up yelling). Today's was a little more tough, I laid her down after rocking again and she started crying about 2-3 minutes later. I stopped bringing the paci out of his room a few weeks ago and we have started to not give it to him during naps. I think we can be fully weaned by 1! We had realized he was just holding it in his mouth most of the time, not really sucking on it so we just picked them all up and threw them away and never mentioned it to our son. There wasn't too much protest. At 9 months we kept the pacfier in the crib only, no exceptions. then we went cold turkey. We've had it down to just nap time, bed time and in the car (since she hates the car seat) for the last 2 months, But tomorrow it's gone for good.
