My husband had the same concerns about "library book dirt"! I showed him how much some of the books I check out biweekly cost on Amazon, and he relented. ;) Also, I do usually wipe off the plastic covers, because those do get kind of gnarly. And we never get board books from the library. That makes sense to me (though I'm less of a germaphobe). </p> <p>When did you (or do you plan to) start letting LO check out books from the library? Were you concerned about kiddo slobber if you did it early on? </p>
