She now has 82 cents in her piggy bank. 😂 Daddy gave her a nickel for having a really good week at school last week and she randomly asked for 2 pennies she saw on his dresser when they were cleaning. DS is three and occasionally does the dishes (very well) or helps sweep (very awfully). He also has to pick up his toys if he throws everything on the floor, but if it's just one or two things I pick them up and tell him how nice it is that he didn't make a mess. She dusts and sweeps with me with the Swiffer and she cleans up her toys before bed (we have been doing this for a long time). She also does little things like put her clothes in the hamper and likes to help load the washing machine. She got a Melissa and Doug cleaning set for Christmas that she loves. She's always "cleaning" her play kitchen and our windows. I carry the hamper into the laundry room, he puts the clothes in the washer. I put the soap in, then he pushes the button. She "wipes" down her place at the table and picks up her own toys, throws her diapers away and puts her laundry in the hamper. She always asks for a towel to help me when I'm dusting. Setting the table with napkins at each meal, helping us feed the dog. She's still young so it's not like we're going to punish her if she doesn't do them. But she enjoys helping out at home and likes having a "job"</p> <p>She has a piggy bank and started asking us for money to put in it. We told her money isn't free, she has to work for it! So I said if she does her "job" well every week, she can get a quarter for it. LOL To start her off we gave her a quarter for being a good girl the other day. :P </p>
