Also having a bump made it more real. I really didn't "feel" pregnant until we had our ultrasound at 10 weeks and my doctor told me our risk was really now. I didn't start to physically feel pregnant until I started to show and I saw my body changing every week. And then even more once I started to feel her move. It was surreal when we saw the first u/s and heartbeat... and sometimes when I pass the picture I have a lil moment of "OMG IM PREGNANT" but aside from that, I feel the same.</p> <p>What week did you start feeling like you were "with child" (LOL -- my friend was using that term all wknd)... was it after your belly popped or before? </p>
