I definitely got more uncomfortable sooner with LO2, and even with half the weight gain! I think it's probably a combo of it not being your body's first rodeo, and also chasing a toddler around...

With my first I was feeling great until about 38 weeks. With LO#2 I was already uncomfortable around 30 weeks!

Right at the end for both of my LOs-- I know I was lucky. With LO2, I was not sleeping at all toward the end and my whole body hurt starting around 37 weeks. I made it until 39+4 but had some days during the last week where I felt mostly OK.

32, almost 33 weeks and suuuper uncomfortable when laying down, although otherwise fine. The acid reflux/heartburn is killer now and I'm sure is only going to get worse.
I'm not sure I was ever 'done' with DS (delivered at 39 weeks) and not there yet with this one either.

I've gone through periods of being really uncomfortable. It ebbs and flows. Around 26 to 28 weeks the baby was wedged in a really uncomfortable breech position and that made me miserable. Then the baby flipped and things were better. Starting maybe at 34 weeks I'd have days here and there where I was just uncomfortable and hoped it wouldn't be like that the rest of pregnancy. I'm 37 weeks now and realizing the discomfort I felt before was nothing. I'm definitely at the "I am DONE" point now. Cramping, pressure, ligament pain, peeing every 20 minutes, etc.

I had that lovely round ligament pain starting at 4 weeks (it how I knew I was pregnant), and I feel like by 25 weeks I felt huge and done! And by 35 weeks I had pitting edema on my lower stomach, fat feet and ankles, baaaad sciatic pain, sore lower legs, back pain, shortness of breath, rib pain, foot pain, hemorrhoids, reflux, and to top it off I was a hot, sweaty mess. Basically, pregnancy did not agree with me. I then got induced at 38.5 for preeclampisa.... so there you go. :silly:

I think around 34 or 35 weeks for both, and by 37 weeks, I was just feeling done. Both arrived early at 39 weeks.

around 34 weeks my ribs started spreading apart to the point where it became painful just to sit up for longer than half an hour, and around 36 weeks was when I couldn't even get relief from lying down :meh: but you're almost there!!
ETA I had the fetus feet thing too and agree it hurts--it's kind of cute though?

With DS it started for me around 35/ 36 weeks and when I hit 39 I was soooo ready I could hardly sleep anymore because I was so uncomfortable. He came right at 40 on his due date.

37 weeks. I had to be put on steroids due to gestational thrombocytopenia. And it sucked so bad. I was induced at 39 weeks due to the same condition.

Lo1 was born early, at 37 weeks, and with that pregnancy I never really got to the so-uncomfortable-I'm -ready-for-her-to-evict-the-premises point.

This time, I'm 35 weeks and this is getting way more uncomfortable than I remember ever getting to last time! There are feet jabbing at the top of my bump in a way that you can see it/feel distinct little feet from the outside. My hip-through-Lower back area is stiff and achy, especially in my pelvis and I feel aches in my pubic bone. I'm starting to waddle instead of walk, lol.

This is partly just a vent, but I'm really curious about when you all started getting really uncomfortable!

I wonder if it's earlier this time because my body has done this before. Also, because my fluid levels were low with lo1(reason I was induced early...) maybe there was more room for her to move around than there is now, since I haven't had that issue this time. Or maybe just w a toddler to chase I'm more active now....
