7 months, maybe. The 4 month sleep regression hit hard and lasted a long time. He still wakes once to eat, but we have night terror issues, so sometimes it just me waking to be sure he's ok and goes back to sleep multiple times a night. Any trine I get at least a 5 hour chunk, I'm happy. Well, as long as its followed by a 3 hour chunk. :)

DS is 9 months old and still wakes up at least twice a night, more when he is teething. But we only feed him once a night and we also do CIO. I've actually gotten used to waking up and when he does sttn, I feel like I am even more tired.

I think the 3.5 month mark was good because she only started waking up once at night. But then that gets old after a while. LO finally started sleeping straight through at 8.5 months, but i am still tired!

@zippylef: same. Our daughter started sleeping through the night right around the 6 month mark. It makes all the difference in the world getting a solid 6 to 10 hours sleep depending on when I actually go to bed.just remember it does get better and sooner later all babies will start sleeping through the night.

Our daughter started mostly sleeping through the night (with some pacifier replacements) at 3.5 months. It took sleep training at 7 months, and then waiting for her to learn to replace her own pacifier in the night around 8.5 months to really start sleeping well again. Now I know that if I go to bed by 11 I will almost certainly get a nice full night of sleep.

My LO is 4 months old and I am still SO tired all the time. I feel like my nights are so broken up, I never get a solid chunk of good sleep. I used to sleep 9-12 hours a night, so waking up several times a night (I think we are going through a sleep regression), is taking a toll on me. When did you start to feel more rested?
