@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: we were team green with our first and I couldn't believe how many gifts of baby girl clothes I got after she was born, even from people who had already given us shower gifts.

We haven't purchased anything yet, perhaps right after the New Year when I'll be 25/26 weeks. I have almost finished finalizing my Babylist with all things I think will be necessary during the first 3-6 months. Since we're Team Green there will be a clothing purchase order right after the baby is born, but I haven't even begun to wrap my head around baby clothes. :meh:

We did a major house renovation and didn't move back into our house until I was 37.5 weeks pregnant with #2. So I didn't start nesting till 38-39 weeks. Good thing she waited until 40+1 to arrive 😁

28 weeks and haven't bought anything or done anything. Poor second child. I do have all the essentials that needs to be washed and organized. I have to go through the baby clothes and see what's unisex enough to keep. We moved earlier this year and this baby has a room but everything is just thrown in

I ordered furniture around 24 weeks but had the absolute worst delivery experience (they kept sending the wrong changing table) and it wasn't all delivered until 2 days before I was induced  we had a friend stay at our house waiting for our glider to be delivered while I was in labor!

I waited until my shower date was set (~30 weeks) and then got most stuff done by then. But I didn't start anything until close to 3rd tri. We were moving house but I was also very overwhelmed by the list of baby stuff needed! Got there easily in the end, baby arrived 3w early too  pS: would def be looking at organising hospital bag just in case though!

We just moved house, so all of baby's stuff is in the nursery but nothing is set up. I am 15 weeks, and I really want to start! This is LO #3, and our final baby. So we really want to enjoy setting the nursery up, take our time and have it perfect. This pregnancy is just flying by, so baby will be here before we know it- especially with a 5 and 3 year old to chase around!

We already had the crib set up/room painted from when lo1 was a baby but didn't do anything else (apart from buying a gender specific outfit after our 20 week ultrasound) until after 24 weeks. Baby was in her bassinet in our room for the first few weeks and at almost 4 months she's still in our room but in her crib.

Baby is 3.5 weeks old and I just ordered the crib. She's been sleeping in a pack and play. We need her nursery as a guest room for a little bit longer and she will be staying in our room for longer than that anyway.

When she was born, we basically had bought new diapers, wipes, and the pack and play for her (had borrowed one for our first). She's our second so we already had glider, etc. but the crib is now being used as a toddler bed.

Umm, 38 weeks for baby 2. Haha. Honestly, it was lucky I was 10 days overdue as we got almost everything together AFTER my due date.

For LO 1 everything was done at 35 weeks or so.

We cleared out the room that was becoming the nursery a little at a time throughout the second trimester. My first big project was painting the nursery around 24 weeks or so. I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow and we still have a few things to pick up, curtains to hang, etc., but LO will be rooming in with us for starters, so there's no huge rush.

With my son we started buying things and clearing the 2nd bedroom around 17 weeks.. I was looking for second hand deals and that room needed LOTS of decluttering so I took my time.

This time for or baby girl I'm 28 weeks and haven't done anything really. We have the "essentials" so I feel less pressure. I don't want to buy anything yet bc I think my sil has hand me downs for us which I'm so grateful for. So I'll prob wait til a few more weeks and see what we r missing, maybe buy some things and wash clothes/bedding/cloth diapers at 35 weeks.

Sometime after my showers for DD1 (so 32ish weeks) but didn't get the crib set up until 2 weeks before and we put the finishing touches on her room the day before she was born (39 weeks). DD2, it was 38 weeks. I didn't want stuff sitting out beforehand! Too cluttered when it's out and not being used!

I'm 24 weeks and I just bought a bunch of stuff today (sales!) but in terms of setting up....we moved the desk out of the room that's going to be the nursery, but that's about it. My first priority is getting my toddler out of the crib, then I'll worry about the nursery.

I didn't do a lot of things til the end but since we transitioned lo1 out of her crib and made it into a shared room we started doing the room decor around then. And I started buying clothes pretty early on. It's your house and your pregnancy, do what you feel comfortable with! :)

We have no place really to put all the new baby's stuff so I just started two weeks ago- 35 weeks! And that is when I discovered mold on the car seat! Luckily the seat cover came clean in the wash and graco shipped the new straps out much faster than I expected, so we are almost ready now. She will just be in a bassinet in our room for several months anyway but the baby clothes are washed and sorted and I ordered one pack on nb diapers. I figure anything I could order on Amazon prime when labor starts and it will arrive before I get home from the hospital. :)

Since it was my first pregnancy after 3 years of IF, I was pretty cautious and was waiting for the floor to drop out from under me. We talked about where things would go in the nursery (twin furniture) but finally made plans and started moving stuff out of the now nursery around the time of the shower.

Umm, I'm 27 weeks and we have nothing set up or done. I really want to work on sorting clothes and washing things but it's not practical until I gave a place to put it and DH has only just started clearing out her room (his former office, so he'd prefer to go through everything himself). It's driving me crazy actually.

I'll be 18 weeks on Monday... we've bought a couple of things, but won't really start working on the nursery until after Christmas for two reasons: 1. We'll find out the sex on Dec 16th, and 2. We're having house guests and need to spare room for that.

With LO1 we started the nursery around 25 weeks.

I probably would have started at 12 weeks but DH had to clean the office out to make the nursery. So, I didn't REALLY get started until around 25 weeks, give or take a few. Probably for the best. LOL
