Everything has to be fresh cooked--exceptions are made though if I melt butter in with reheating. I think it's only good for a month in the freezer, and they only eat tiny amounts at first. I just made it as we went for the first couple weeks (banana, avocado, sweet potato, etc) in small amounts. After maybe two weeks I mad some bigger batches for the freezer.
