He loves it, it's hard to remember life before it! For DD2 we read books before nap but she is SO tired come bedtime we usually just nurse and then do songs, no books. She's 11 months now and very keen on bedtime storytime now; she focuses on each page and touches the pictures and even insists on turning each page herself and sometimes insists on reading the book a second time (she grabs it and starts forcing her finger between the pages to get it to open again). He'll let me read to him while he plays, but if I sit him on my lap he spends the entire time trying to close the book. It's not worth the hassle and melt-down when I try to keep the book open.
