Before then she slept whenever. Around then, he was getting about 3 naps. It coincided with nap and bedtime sleep training. As he got older, he's dropped to two naps. That's when I started doing naps at 9 and 2, regardless of wake times etc. Before that, it depended on when he woke up--I started doing a 2-3-4 schedule around 7 months, prior to that, it was just about 2 hours after he had previously woken up. (16 weeks!) Her naps are still all over the place. We read her cues and put her down whenever. She either takes 3-4 short (30 mins) or 2-3 long (2hrs) naps at daycare. She's all over the place. Her nighttime sleep is great, usually 11 hrs straight through (unless she spins, but that's my other post).</p> <p>So my question is, especially if you have a daycare LO, when did you start trying to get them to nap at scheduled times? I know when she moves up to the older rooms they nap at the same time, but I wasn't sure if I should be worried about it now. </p> <p>Thoughts? </p>
