My grandmother brought me this ancient pink electric shaver to use for the first try. My dark Italian hair made me self conscious so she and my dad discussed it at length and decided it was ok. </p> <p>If any future little girls we have start to get self conscious or heaven forbid teased, husband and I agreed to allow shaving. Instead I had to use Nair. I hated it! My skin is sensitive and it would itch. And it smelled so gross. It never got all the hair off either. </p> <p>My mom thought it was ridiculous that I wasn't allowed to shave so I got to start when I moved in with her. I was in 9th grade then. </p>
