With #1, it physically took about 3 weeks and mentally took at least 7 weeks (breastfeeding was the culprit). But with #2, I'm 4 days out and feel amazing! I can't wait until I can do things around the house (DH and mom have been a huge help), and play with and care for the girls. I'm thinking it will be a few weeks though. When did you start to feel normal again, and when did you get back to your regular routine? </p>
