Not even the people I work with. I'm 5ft 11 and very slim, and have a long torso. My belly is definitely protruding now and is rounded where it used to be very flat, a lot of my shirts and pants dont fit but no one seems to have noticed. 2 pregnant ladies at my church hinted at it but thats about it. My mom said she always had a small bump but always gave birth to big babies. I was a tiny bit "fluffy" before, so maybe that made a difference. Depending on what I wear it's more obvious some days than others. I also naturally have kind of a big belly, so I could go either way: pregnant or simply gaining weight at an alarming rate. I carry all my weight in my stomach so I could easily look pregnant even when I'm not. I remember the difference in one week from being able to see the numbers on the copy machine at work to them being totally obscured by belly! And it went away quickly, too. I was totally flat bellied when I left the hospital- just loose skin.
