I haven't gained any weight but things are definitely being redistributed around to the front. I don't think it would be noticeable to strangers. Some days it is, sometimes not, and it really depends on what I'm wearing (fitted shirts with ruching on the side highlight the top and bottom of the bump, which seems to be key. So far I've only had one stranger outright say something about me being pregnant, but for a couple of weeks once I mention it, people seem to have already known but not wanted to say anything until I confirmed (like TSA agents at the airport).
