<description>&#60;p&#62;I like the soft sole now.  She has a pair of Robeez and See Kai Run that are soft.  She does have a pair of harder Stride Rites and she walks fine in them but they are a bit heavier (and they are on the light side for hard soled shoes).

<description>&#60;p&#62;I went shoe shopping with a friend today who's LO is at the same stage as my LO, not quite walking yet but very close to it. She said that you're supposed to have a hard sole now so they don't slip, but I thought we were supposed to have a soft sole so they're feet can dig into the floor better and get a better grip.
