My parents helped me wake up through high school, most days, and during some bad periods in undergrad my mom would give me a quick call to make sure I was awake. But I woke up by seven until I was 14 or 15, and even had a 4 year span where I woke up at five. Some people in the audience said that they were still waking their teenagers up in the morning for school. The guest expert said that by grade 4, kids should be able to work an alarm clock and get themselves up for school.</p> <p>Because my parents worked and left in the morning, I started waking up to an alarm clock by grade 2.</p> <p>You? </p>
