<description>&#60;p&#62;We did a lot of walking for a while...I think i started a couch to 5k around 6 weeks. I agree about the bleeding more. It sucked &#38;amp; was gross to be running &#38;amp; feel myself bleeding all over the place.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Walking right away, elliptical work around 5 weeks (a slow pace, equivalent to a walk) and weights and stuff 6 weeks Pp&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Moving a lot can make you bleed more, which I didn't like

<description>&#60;p&#62;I started walking outside with LO right away, like the day after we came home. I didn't start working out/increasing my heart rate/doing any sort of cardio til I had my 6 wk appt. I was too tired to do anything til then anyway !  :silly:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;ETA and didn't really ever get back into any sort of good routine unfortunately! I am finally working out somewhat regularly at 2 yrs pp because DH is home for a few months and can watch LO.

<description>&#60;p&#62;When did you start working out postpartum?   I'm 6 days postpartum and feeling great.  I'd love to start walking but it's so frigid, I don't want to expose my baby to the cold.  Thinking about hopping on elliptical (we have in basement) starting next week.
