I started at 3 yo back in the day. It was easy for my DD to start at that age though, since they offered the class at her preschool as an extracurricular activity. I took the little boy I babysit to them over the summer and he loved it. It helped that the instructor was awesome. I think he was a college student studying physical education because he had a lot of patience for all those little kids! It wasn't organized with games and such, just mainly taught the kids basics of the sports. </p> <p>The little boy I watch started around 3 years old I think and he had some attention issues.
