It was very hard but it was also amazing and everything was fine. If we actually had people to watch her that I felt comfortable with, I might consider one night now. But I wouldn't at all be comfortable with 2+ nights away from her (if she didn't at least have her dad). Not right now anyway. Also, like a PP said, she still wakes up between 1-4 times a night. He was STTN and we were only a 30 min drive away.</p> <p>We did several wedding night date nights, etc. after that. But our longest trip of 5 days away was when DS was 18 months and no longer nursing.</p> <p>We've had no issues with any of our time away from DS.
