She lost interest for awhile around 18 months but started wanting them again at 2-ish. She usually wants one when she first wakes up, and it's a quick way to get something into her tummy so I don't fight her on it. She doesn't like fruit so it's the best way to get some in her most days. My pediatrician said she's seen kindergarteners still eating them and she thinks it's totally fine. I cut them off for meals at 10-11 months when she got pretty good at eating a mix of foods, but the applesauce ones are handy to keep in your purse for emergency snacks. That's mainly because I'm cheap though :) My mom keeps them on hand still for them as healthy snacks for the kids. I will still sometimes get applesauce pouches from Costco now at 4 &amp; 2.
