It's not as bad as it sounds (for me at least). I don't really leak randomly, but when she's nursing and I have a letdown milk will dribble out of the breast she's not nursing on. Very very rarely (like, after I eat a lot of oatmeal in the morning) I leak after the shower. </p> <p>Other than that it's really rare, and I haven't worn nursing pads in months.
