I'm really getting tired of it. I'm scared one day I'll pee through my shorts onto the floor! This month's focus was speed and agility. LOTS of jumping! ugh!</p> <p>And yes, i pee before i do these work outs! My mom friend who is 38 and has 3 kids still has this issue...says surgery is the only fix. Bah. I'm worried</p> <p> :sad: </p>
