I stopped keeping track when she was about 4 weeks old. We fed on demand and I just waited for her to be hungry. I would notice the clock occasionally and think 'oh, it's been 4 hours, she'll probably be hungry soon' but I didn't time it.

LO has always been a good eater and I've always nursed on demand, so I've never strictly taken note of when she's eaten after her newborn days. She's 6 months now and I haven't bothered at all for the last couple months. Unless I coincidentally happen to know what time it is, I never know exactly when she ate last. I just estimate based on where we are in our daily routine.

I bottle feed, but I do note what time he ate last and he's almost 6 months. For awhile I just made a mental note, but I've been keeping track for a bit since I was heading back to work....so that I could communicate to daycare/my mother what his feeding schedule is.

I still do it, but just so I can remember from which side she ate. It's all in the Baby Connect app, so it keeps up with the time as well.

LO is 6.5 months I still do make a mental note of when she last ate, because otherwise I cant remember when to feed her and she doesnt cry when she is hungry.

I did it for a whole year, but that was probably over kill. However, I'm thinking that it could be useful info for #2 so I can do a comparison. I also noted down other info like sleep. I've found myself going back to look at the sleep part more than anything else.

I've been really slacking on making sure I note exactly when my lo last ate. She's almost 5 months old. I find myself noting it only when I need to remember what side she ate off of last, if she only ate on one side. I feel like it was a lot more important to do this when she was younger than it is now that I know her hungry cues.

When did you stop documenting every feeding?
