I started by dropping pumping sessions, so I went from 3 to 2 to 1 gradually. I had the luxury of having a freezer stash and LO was also drinking only about 8/9 oz. during the day when she was away from me. </p> <p>My supply dropped, but she seems to have enough for the feedings we do have. My SIL said her supply dried up after she stopped pumping at work so she wasn't able to keep BFing.
