LO started eating table foods around 9 months, but at 2 years she still has the occasional pouch on the go as a snack.

DD likes table food but doesn't eat enough of it to keep her full. So she still has a few cubes of homemade purees per day at 11 months. Also, I haven't gotten the hang of keeping finger food-friendly things around and at the ready, so the purees balance out the random assortment of finger foods I scrounge up.

Gah at 22 months LO still acts like pouches are his entire world. We try to save them for on the go though. But we let him have them because he isn't great at veggies and they have vegetable ones. They are expensive though. He didn't take to the refillable ones

Around 9 months she pretty much was eating all table food. She still occasionly gets a veggie pouch since it is the only way she will eat veggies.

At almost 20 months we still do pouches at least once a day. He eats regular table food, but it's a quick and easy way to get extra veggies in him. And he likes them.

At 15 months, LO eats mostly table foods, but will have a pouch once in a while. We send lunch to his daycare so she keeps a few extras in case he's extra hungry one day.

At almost 11.5m we still do some purees. It's an easy way to get veggies into him and keep giving him exposure to those flavors. He's a lot more likely to eat some broccoli puree mixed with a little apple sauce, than he is to eat straight broccoli.

We did BLW so never did a lot of purees anyway, but we do still do pouches for a quick and easy meal when we are on the go or get home late or whatever. It's just easier and faster to get her to eat.

I also still spoon feed her yogurt most mornings. She would rather feed herself but just isn't coordinated enough. She's 15 months.

We never did purées, so I say stop whenever you want! Unless you think the extra food helps him sleep or something, he will get his nutrients from milk or formula.

I stopped making my own at 8 months and started buying pouches. He would eat maybe 4 a week so we splurged. Daycare would keep a few and then they were my on the go snack. At 12 months he doesn't eat them at all, however, he still would.

This is only my 100th feeding question in the last 3 days! :silly:
We started out with purees at 5 months to hold T over at daycare because he wasn't satisfied with just milk anymore.

Now at 8.5 months he learned to self feed pretty quickly and loves it. He's still new though. I'm kind of ready to be done with purees...because we make our own and finger foods are a lot quicker to prepare!

He is still new at it though and I haven't introduced a lot of finger foods yet so I'm not sure if I should just quit or feed him one a day until he gets more used to it.
