He was busting out of everything and rolled once. I figured we had to at some point so why buy new things that we wouldn't be able to use. After a few days of that, we lost the arm swaddle altogether. I always used the Miracle Blanket and he had a pretty hard time getting out of that even though he was a big boy. You could try doing the double swaddle with 2 swaddle blankets which is basically a version of the Miracle Blanket. But now she is getting too big/strong for it and is busting out of it. So, I tried a sleep sack last night and it was a disaster! She went from waking up twice a night to waking up 7-8 times a night! My husband thinks we should just give it a few nights, but I think we should try a larger swaddle blanket. But, he thinks she will just bust out of that as well.</p> <p>When did you stop swaddling? Did you find getting a bigger swaddle blanket was effective after 3-4 months? </p>
