I haven't used one with DS since he was about 10 months? Changing him on the floor or bed would be even more of a struggle. He tries to be a runaway! We actually have two now with DD here. We've been changing him on a towel on our bed and I hate it. Once we are done with renovations then we are definitely at least getting a dresser that can serve as one.
