If we had gone with that stroller, we would have purchased the snug seat also. You could try that! We used that til she was 15 lbs so around 6 months. There was a period of time when she was not happy in the infant seat if she was awake so we stopped using the Caddy, but we weren't really using the stroller either. We used the Ergo more then or just carried her. We still have her facing me in the stroller seat at almost a year- I love looking at her! </p> <p>I never planned to have her in the car seat in the stroller- we got an ubv and I swore she would use the bassinet. We have never used our carseat with the stroller. Our stroller doesn't even go completely flat, though, just most of the way. I also never had an infant head support specifically; we just used blankets. </p> <p>We took her for her first walk about 15 minutes after we got home from the hospital and have never had an issue. She hates being in the seat when the cat isn't moving anyways, so I suspect it wouldn't be pleasant for anyone to keep her in it. Aside from the occasional inconvenience running errands, I'm glad for it.
