It helps her to fall asleep, but she doesn't need it to stay asleep. She also doesn't need it for traveling. I'm afraid to stop using these tools for her sleep. Also, we make the white noise loud to drown out TV/cooking/cleaning noises.</p> <p>Have you stopped? Will you ever stop? </p>
