We have been decreasing use. Mainly double stroller only for walks to park and when I need both kids strapped in. I love the frame stroller but it's better for my 17 month old than my almost 3 year old...but I don't like having one who can roam free!

We use ours all the time. I just have a kid who still loves to be wheeled around...he's almost 3.

We live in a city with no car. My LOs are 4 yo and 20 months. The older one still rides on the skateboard attachment or rides his scooter. We will probably still be using the stroller for the younger one until she is 3 or 4.

We still use our double several times per week - my LOs are just turned 3 yrs and nearly 18 months. We walk most places and LO1 can't really handle the distances (most of our walks are 3+ miles) nor can she handle a reasonable pace for that long. A lot of kids her age use scooters but I'm not really ready for that and if she's happy to sit in the pram, I'm happy to have her there!

The exception is the single umbrella pram (we have two of those for when two adults are present on outings as it is easier to navigate narrow English walkways with a single than my side by side double). LO1 doesn't like sitting in there and more often than not, we're pushing an empty pram while she walks, but the plus is that she will nap in it if she's tired. I don't see us ditching the pram anytime soon....

LO1 is 2 years old and seldom uses a stroller. Mostly for long day trips but even then he's in an out of it. We don't use one most other times except for doctors appointments to try and keep him contained in the waiting room.

I'm glad we got a double though, if only for long day trips like the zoo. I recently went with a friend who has a 2 year old and a 6 months old and it was a disaster. She was constantly swapping each kid in and out of strollers and carriers because the 2 year old wanted to walk, then sit, then the 6 month old couldn't nap... it was challenging. I'm glad I have a double so I at least don't have to deal with moving baby if my toddler wants to ride, and if the seat stays empty and he walks, that's ok too.

That being said, maternity leave is a year in Canada and I do a lot of day trips so it will be me and 2 kiddos quite often.

We haven't used ours much since our LO turned 2. Only for the occasional trip to the zoo or to the park that's about a ten minute walk from us. He would rather walk everywhere else now and there are better parks that are a short drive away (+ I'm pregnant so bring on the driving to the park haha).

So far planning not to get a double when #2 arrives. Just babywear 2 if 1 is in the stroller or bring 2 strollers to the zoo (and only go with my DH along). We may reassess when she's 6m and he's 3.....

We use our stroller so infrequently these days. Like, maybe once a month, but that's it. We live in a suburb and have to drive everywhere, and once we get to where we are going, LO wants to walk.

When did you stop using your stroller? I almost think we could do without it at this point, but it would be nice to have a cheapy umbrella stroller for the rare times we need one. The one we have now is the big clunky kind that an infant seat can snap into. It is a pain to get it in and out of the car! Although, I do like having the extra storage compartment on the bottom that we'd give up if we went to an umbrella stroller.

If you have an older toddler/preschooler (or even older), how reliant are you on your stroller these days? When did you get rid of your stroller?
