I'm now 2.5 weeks post partum and taking Advil once a day but I only take one regular 200mg pill. When the oxycodone wore off I felt like I was hit by a bus!! (I had a 24 hour labor and 3 hours straight of pushing.) The second time... uhh I don't remember! I think I was just on ibuprofen.</p> <p>ETA: haha. I just remembered. I was on fioricet because of my spinal headache. I was told to take 1 Tylenol and 1 Advil as needed when I got home.
