We plan to keep him that way until he overcomes the weight limit since it's safer. We did move him to FF for a little bit right before we switched cars just because it was literally becoming impossible to get him in and out, but once we got a different car, we flipped him back around. Needed to turn it around to move it so when LO2 arrives then the infant seat will fit rear facing. TBH I hate it. LO hates having her legs dangling down in front of her and I can't see her in the mirror now - I have to physically turn my head to see her which I hate. Also I find it a lot harder getting her in and buckled up when she's FF. We definitely have no problems talking when she is RF (sometimes I wish for peace and quiet lol), and I don’t see a need to see her more, as I’m driving and the fewer distractions the better. We could have them both rear facing but the drivers seat would have to be uncomfortably close to the steering wheel, and I think it's safer for the driver to be comfortable. So far, at almost 22 months she doesn't seem to mind so I am in zero rush to switch.</p> <p>Eta: she talks to me and looks at me in the mirror in front of her anyway.
