At almost a year, he's still using the NB flow nipples in our Tommee Tippee bottles. Shortly thereafter we switched to level 3. It took him forever to drink a 6 oz bottle with a level 1 nipple. He was getting bored and fussy while eating. On the Platex VentAire, she had to move up to the medium flow at I think 4 months? She was taking 20-30mins to finish a bottle.
