I haven't switched over because 1) I'm not sure when to 2) DS doesn't follow direction very well and i'm sure would want to swallow the toothpaste.</p> <p>When and how did you switch over to the flouride stuff and did your child understand to hold and spit the toothpaste out instead of swallow it? </p>
