We asked our dentist for pediatric dentist recommendations, did a little research of those, and selected from there. I went by friends referrals and didn't go check it out first. First visit was extremely uneventful. He checked to see how many teeth she had in and told me which ones were still to come in. He rubbed her teeth with gauze since at that pint she was screaming bloody murder. It's good to get them used to it first though, and we have been every 6 mo since then!
