With Lo1 we told my brother and sister right away and family at 10 weeks and the world at 12+ weeks. I waited until after the first ultrasound to tell them. We told DH's family at 11w, and the rest of our extended families at 12w which was Christmas Eve. I'm almost 12 weeks, and we're starting to tell people as we talk to them and we'll probably do a FB announcement at 16 weeks after our gender ultrasound. Parents always find out first, often before the 9 week mark, then siblings, and finly the world. For Baby #2, I'm tempted to announce it earlier....because it doesn't seem as big of a deal? Ooops! I shouldn't think that, right? Hahahaha. I'm currently almost 9 weeks! When and how did you announce it? Were you as creative as the first announcement, or perhaps even more creative, or less? I'm not super creative. I just got a custom big brother shirt for DS to wear. =P
