We stopped using over night diapers when DS stopped having accidents at night for a full month (when he turned 3).

We night and day trained at the same time. With that, the method we followed advised setting an alarm clock for 10pm and 2am and rousing them enough to go potty. If they say no, then let them go back to sleep and try again in a few hours or let them wake you as needed. You may have a few accidents in the beginning but quickly they'll know their body and will tell you yes or no and you'll learn what time they need to pee or not. Since your daughter is already day trained, maybe try one middle of the night wake up to see if she'll pee and if she says no, take her at her word and see what happens. DS will wake himself in the middle of the night or during nap and call out to go potty as needed.

DD was day trained and in pull UPS at night for a few months (maybe 4?) Before we pulled the plug. I think she had 2-3 accidents and she's been fine ever since!

As you know, we still have her little potty in her room because there isn't a bathroom upstairs. When we move to our new house, we'll hopefully get rid of the little potty and only use the big potty overnight!

When did you transition from an overnight diap? Our daughter is potty trained and is dry overnight almost every single night (like maybe an accident once every two weeks or so).

But she sleeps in bed with us and I don't really want to deal with he consequences of that occasional accident. However, without a real consequence I feel like that once in a while whoops won't go away.

What did you do?
