DH and I would like to be involved with a local crisis pregnancy center. I think for the first little while we need to do it without her. I don't think she would be helpful in any role. We did a couple visits to nursing homes as well when he was 1. We plan to really start at age 3 with more regular efforts doing...something. They each get a plastic bag and compete to spot litter on the sidewalk... then I grab the litter with the picker, and whoever spots the trash gets it in their bag.
