I think my doctor said if it wasn't gone by then, that I should go in. Honestly, those were a miserable 3 weeks. I don't know how much would be called "baby blues" and how much was just sleep deprivation coupled with a needy cranky baby, though. That was around 3.5 months pp. But, it didn't really hit me for a few weeks after she was born. She was a summer baby which helps a lot I think. </p> <p>Spring is just around the corner.
