I have the black plastic part pushed all the way to the top of the strap, against the back of the stroller seating area... is that right?</p> <p>I need to spend some time with this thing. I'm just afraid if I fiddle with it too much with him in there he'll have a meltdown. His patience isn't the greatest, haha. We've been using the car seat adapter with the City Mini jogger, but I'd love to start just putting him in the stroller. However, the straps still seem way too big for him.</p> <p>Am I just not grasping how to adjust them properly? Are they just naturally big? Or do I need to wait longer before he goes in there? I'd really like to get a convertible car seat soon but can't get rid of the infant seat if he won't fit in the stroller body.</p> <p>How big was your LO when you started putting them directly in the City Mini? </p>
