How did you feel about that? Did you end up having a VBAC?</p> <p>They did an ultrasound the morning of my scheduled c-section, but I knew she was still breech. Still, if I had been wrong and they told me she had flipped, I think I would have cried from such a mix of emotions. Head down at 37 weeks, head up at 38. </p> <p>Everyone asked how I was going to get her to turn. I tried all the spinning baby stuff and more, and it stressed me out. Last weekend I could feel her sideways, which was freaking me out (they won't even attempt to externally turn a transverse breech baby). Then early in the week I noticed she had turned vertical and my midwife confirmed she is head down now. I'm not particularly concerned yet (even though E flipped down at like 27 weeks). The doctor told us at the ultrasound last week that only like 3-4% of babies are still breech at term. He's confident she'll turn, except that my placenta is anterior and very high, and every ultrasound we've had has shown her using it as a pillow...she seems very comfortable up there. </p>
