He was going to bed at 9 or 10 for a long time. I started putting him down at 8 just a few days ago. So far, so good. He is 6 months old. </p> <p>We're on a very loose "every 3 hours take a nap" schedule. He would start getting really fussy in the evenings around 6-7pm and needed to be put down. This was also around the time that his first sleep stretch lengthened to about 5-7 hours, so it was finally discernable from his other nighttime sleep stretches.
