15 mos. He used to get up super early (5am), and now it's more reasonable between 6-6:30 most days. He takes a nap around 12.

@Mrs. Bee: ahhh I had hopes this would be us, but our 1 nap is a pretty sad amount of time :( Oh well, I guess I"ll take the overnight sleep!

We are in the transition phase right now. J is 18 months old and still naps 2x a day most days, but has been skipping either the morning or afternoon nap a few times a week for about a month or more now. So we should be down to one nap in the next month or so I would think.

15 months for Charlie. Once he was on one nap, his sleep improved overall and he started waking up later (he was a very early riser) and taking one monster afternoon nap.

@hilsy85: AAAhh. I see. I always assumed LOs dropped the second nap. I could totally use a later morning wake time!

Lo woke around 6 for a loooong time.he dropped to 1 nap at 15.5 months; he still took his morning nap fine but refused his afternoon one. Since he woke so early he couldn't make it past 11/1130 for his 1nap. Now at 17 months he can last til 1230 and he is also waking later, because his 1nap is short (1hr20 min or so) so I think he is making up the sleep overnight.

I'm just thinking about the future and wondering about LO's early nap. She often wakes up before 6am, and she really does need that morning nap. I can't imagine her not ever needing that morning nap and waiting until 1 or 2pm to sleep again. She'll be 12 month on Thursday.
