So it started at 5oz and each night or two we dropped a half an ounce until he was basically only drinking an ounce. He never noticed it and went right back to sleep so that's how we knew he didn't "need" it. So maybe tonight try to give an ounce less and see if he notices? The knowing whether he needs it or not will help you decide what to do next.<br /> Just what I would do :-) But do what you are ok with.<br /> I am high sleep needs so I wanted to do anything and everything I could to get back to a full night of sleep. But DS slept from about 10 pm to 5 am without waking fairly consistently at 8 weeks.
