It kept up at a rate of 1 or 2 a month after that and by 12 months he had all of his baby teeth except the 2 year molars... which I expect to come in pretty soon. It was horrible to have them come in so early, especially the first where I couldn't believe he was already teething so I didn't know why he was so inconsolable every night. At her six month appointment, her pediatrician said he didn't see any teeth coming but to expect them to possibly show up soon. He also said he's seen the first tooth come when the baby is well over a year old. </p> <p>Edit: She'll be 7 months on February 18. </p> <p>I was just curious though as to when your LO got his/her first tooth. </p>
