Not until she went to 2 naps around 6 months. When she was on three naps they were never at the same time. I like it so much more now that she's on 2!

ETA: We've had a bedtime and routine since 6 weeks, though.

10 weeks we started EASY and sleep trained. No one told me that it doesn't always work when they are newborns so I was so confused why she passed out while nursing every time!!!

Just a quick addition that I agree with @daniellemybelle about the nursing to sleep. I always nursed to sleep but worried that I was setting up bad habits. Now at six months, DD has pretty much quit nursing to sleep on her own. Not to say that we don't have our own sleep issues here, but she broke that habit without any intervention from me. And when she was nursing to sleep, it was so easy to get her down at night. Be good to yourself and try not to worry TOO much about establishing a routine or creating bad habits. Do what works for your family :)

We're at 5 weeks now as well and trying to get going with EASY, but he's not really taking to it - doesn't tend to want to feed when he first gets up, and gets upset if I force the issue - so I've amended it to be kind of a A-E-very short A-S-Y. I'm trying to stop going straight from feeds to sleep, which isn't too hard as he rarely nurses to sleep. Fitting a little activity in like diaper change or some quick chatter between us works sometimes, sometimes not. Nighttime routine is becoming a little bit more established, although we don't bath every night cause we have to bath in the kitchen and sometimes there is too much dinner prep going on to allow it. Hoping that as bedtime gets earlier we can start bathing every night.

She has a routine JUST NOW at four months, but not a schedule. Meaning, she gets up, is up for an hour, and then likes another nap. She will sleep for a random amount of time, be up for two hours, then want another nap. Then she is up for 2-3 hours, and will take a quick evening cat nap. These things all happen at different times, but her routine is at least somewhat predictable.

We are still not REALLY on a schedule at 6 months, even though I am very routine oriented! We don't have set times from day to day but feedings & naps go off when the last one started. So if she wakes up at 7am for the day, I know she does well with 2 hours of wake time in the morning, so nap time will be at 9am. If she wakes up early or late, I move nap time accordingly. Same with bedtime - it is usually 3 hours after she wakes up from her last nap.

At 5 weeks we were doing EASY & LO ate about every 3 hours & would go to sleep about 30 minutes after eating, although at that age she took forever to eat. I will say I think I was too adamant about a feeding schedule & not nursing to sleep. I was afraid of creating a sleep association with nursing & having issues with sleep. We still ended up with issues with sleep so I wish I had just made it easier on myself & nursed her to sleep sometimes instead of the eternal walking/bouncing/rocking :)

We only have him on a feeding schedule right now and he is 10 weeks. His naps are all over the place although his overnight sleeping is generally predictable.

He eats between 6:30 & 7 in the morning, and then 9, 11, 1, 3:30, 6, 8, and then a wakeup overnight between 3 and 5.

He usually falls alseep after 9:30 and then sleeps until 6:30 or 7 with one wakeup between 3 and 5.

Umm not yet? :)

LO is six months. I would say we have a loose routine, but things change so much depending on how long she naps, how well she sleeps during the night, etc. I BF on demand, so no feeding schedule for us, although she usually eats every 2-3 hours during the day. We do have a fairly consistent bedtime routine that we start between 6:30 and 7 (depending on how her last nap of the day goes/sleepy cues). She started to have a more consistent bedtime - and therefore a more consistent bedtime routine - around 2.5-3 months.

Feed at 12.
Up, play, nap.
Feed at 3. Usually longest nap. Here
Feed at 6.
Play, nap.
Feed between 9-10.

Schedule? Never. Routine though, probably by 6 weeks. We did EASY, so it was basically wake up, eat immediately, diaper change and activity time (usually just hanging out on the play mat), then sleep! Rinse and repeat.

Curious when others got their LO on a good schedule. E is 5 weeks old and we don't really have much of a schedule going yet, but I'd like to get working on it soon. If you don't mind, share what your LO's day looked like when you were on a schedule.
