Mine is 20 months now and he'll range from 1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes. Still, I wonder how to stretch the short ones. And she was so fussy in the evenings.</p> <p>After 5.5 mo she started taking anywhere from 45m-2hr naps. It really just depends. Before that, nothing would extend them. They got to the 2-3 hour mark when he went down to one nap. As it turned out, we were putting her down for her nap too late, so she was over tired, and took a short nap. It's been like this since he was about 2 months old. I've tried extending them to no avail so I'm just hoping it's a phase he'll naturally grow out of. If you experienced this with your LO, when did they eventually start taking longer naps? Thanks! </p>
