I guess we are just starting the transition but not ready to totally give up one of them just yet. Problem is he gets tired in the morning because he doesn't sleep long enough at night but has a hard time staying asleep. We transitioned around that time but it was a super rocky transition. We went from 1.5 hrs in the morning and 1 in the afternoon to a single 1.5 hour nap (but longer night sleep). It was a really stupidly hard transition, because he refused to stay awake any longer in the morning. She's exhausted by10am but will not sleep.
